Shipping

With free shipping, delivery will take 3 to 7 business days to arrive, and with expedited shipping delivery will take 2 to 4 business  days. Note if your location is considered remote by delivery services shipping may take longer.

United States Orders

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over USD $99 (before tax and after discounts).
    • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under USD $99 are subject to a flat rate of USD $25.
  • Expedited Shipping (Paid): Available at a flat rate of USD $25, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days. Expedited orders are processed with priority to ensure faster handling and delivery.

Canadian Orders
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over CAD $125 (before tax and after discounts).
    • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under CAD $125 are subject to a flat rate of CAD $36.
  • Expedited Shipping (Paid): Available at a flat rate of CAD $36, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days. Expedited orders are processed with priority to ensure faster handling and delivery.

General Notes & Exceptions
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather).
  • Orders shipped to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.
  • For Canadian orders, customs clearance may cause occasional delays. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Damaged Shipments
  • We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy on most items. Some final sale items are excluded.
  • Please refer to our Return Policy for full details on returns and exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the packaging and product to help us resolve the issue quickly.
